I think the problem is again confusing morality with poiltics as a libertarian. Dr. Paul is Pro-Life, but he has stated clearly that he would not overturn the will of the people or of the Juidiciary. That is a libertarian view. I am personally pro-life myself, but I do not think that means everyone else has to be, which makes me pro choice. Being responsible for my own life and of those close to me, as well as being accepting of others' views of human existence is what makes me a libertarian.
