Affordable Housing For Whom?
The state tries to impose affordable housing on towns. Meanwhile the fed is doing the opposite by bailing out homeowners who can't afford their overpriced homes. What a waste of time and resources.
If government just kept out, the howeowners would sell (at a loss), their homes would be put on the market at reduced prices and housing prices would come down to realistic levels.
