This sounds like something a Unitarian Universalist minister would say. They are accepting of all people, unless you are a white, male, straight, conservative who owns a gun. I completely agree with UU religious tenets, however their political ideology forced me out of the church.

Yes, they are hypocrites. It's like the "compassionate conservatives" that put sick people in jail for smoking marijuana. Is that compassionate?
