Try visiting Search by keyword. Enter in the word "appropriates" and do a search. At the time that I posted this comment it found 159 different bills appropriating huge some of money for various pet projects. Somebody ought to inform Trenton that we have a budget crisis.

Another interesting search to do occasionally is "authorizes bonds". Thats where the big ticket items show up.
