"Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the state of New Jersey who certifies in writing that he or she opposes the initiation of force as a means of achieving political or social goals." If you do not live or work (or are a student) in NJ, or do not certify that you oppose the initiation of force your membership shall be considered a Subscription to the NJ Libertarian News.
