Congressional Quarterly Inc, has ranked New Jersey as number 7 of the best states to live.
However few NJ residents are finding it affordable to live here. The National Taxpayer's Union has determined that NJ residents work until May 7th just to pay their taxes. This places NJ as the 2nd worst state in the Union (just behind Connecticut).

The citizens of New Jersey are being subject to over-taxation and over-regulation while our civil liberties are disappearing.
The actions of our state government are chasing business out of the state. Those who can afford to get out are leaving as fast as they can. Our state population is evolving to include only the poor and the very rich.
In the name of security our liberties are being stripped away. Our Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches are being taken away in the name of fighting drugs.
Fortunately however, NJ citizens are waking up! Our legislature must act quickly to drastically reduce the size of state government and make doing business in NJ more profitable for the small business person and individuals alike. Returning to business as normal is not an option.

In response to members of the Constitution party claiming Ron Paul supporters should join them I've put together a matrix of many of those beliefs in comparison to Ron Paul's stances.

Despite the budget problem, our legislature is finding lots of money to throw around. They continue to expand the size and cost of NJ government. If we ran our own house like this we would soon be in big trouble.

It is of utmost importance that we all attend as many of the Corzine Big Government Love Fests that we can. Even if you don't ask questions you can sit in the audience and make oinking sounds! Call, write, and/or meet with Corzine and your state legislator and let them know that you demand cuts in the size of NJ state government.
This past Saturday, Steve Lonegan was peacefully handing out flyers and holding a sign outside of one of Corzine's rally in Cape May. He was arrested, shackled, and charged with trespassing!

After many years of overspending by both Republican and Democratic administrations, NJ state finds itself in a fiscal mess. Instead of tackling the root cause of a bloated state government, our governor has launched a plan to transfer debt and to squeeze more money out of the taxpayers.

Assemblyman Anthony Chiappone (D-31) is following in the footsteps of former legislators who proposed ending fishing and hunting in New Jersey by removing sportsmen and farmers from the New Jersey Fish & Game Council, thus creating a non-lethal committee within the council to deal with so-called “wildlife conflicts.”

Congressman, Presidential candidate, and former Libertarian Presidential candidate Ron Paul has been attacked by many. Several have tried to pin the "racist" tag on him.
Nelson Linder, president of the Austin National Association of Colored People during an interview with Alex Jones has stated, "Knowing Ron Paul's intent, I think he is trying to improve this country but I think also, when you talk about the Constitution and you constantly criticize the federal government versus state I think a lot of folks are going to misconstrue that....so I think it's very easy for folks who want to to take his position out of context and that's what I'm hearing," said Linder.
"Knowing Ron Paul and having talked to him, I think he's a very fair guy I just think that a lot of folks do not understand the Libertarian platform"

NJLP Chairman Louis Jasikoff received a written apology today from Gerald Pomper of the Eagleton Institute. Pomper claims that he his "prone to extravagant language to promote discussion" and reasserts his preference to keep "dissidents" out of general elections. His advice to work through the primary elections does not explain his inclusion of Dr. Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich on his list, however.

PROTECTING THE
ANTONELLI CHILDREN
FROM BEING DISPLACED
BY OUR OWN
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT
United States v. Antonelli Children
January 11th, 1999
To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Giovanni LoPresti and I am very proud to be a citizen of this country. I am a law abiding citizen with a grave concern for the safety and well being of innocent children. I was a former judicial volunteer for New Jersey Child Placement Review Board, for the displacement of children. I have family and many friends associated with law enforcement. I was a firm believer in our judicial process until I became actively involved in trying to protect 10 innocent children from being booted out in the street by our own government.
The story I am about to tell you has captured my heart and concern. I will not by any means attempt to distort any facts. I will allow you as a citizen to decide for yourself, whether booting 10 innocent children out in the street is justified. Quite frankly, I am outraged that our own government can displace innocent children without the slightest shame.
